Our yoga studio offers daily classes designed to accommodate various schedules and preferences. Located in country’s yoga city Mysuru “CHAITANYA YOGA SHAALA” has a welcoming space, the studio provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We offer a range of classes, from gentle restorative sessions to invigorating Vinyasa flows, ensuring there is something for everyone. Our mission is to create a community where individuals can connect, grow, and find balance through the practice of yoga.
The studio has some very good facilities: Changing room, Wash room, Yoga props, Iyengar ropes to improve the movement, Weights for strength training, Mirrors on wall for some alignment correction, Pullup bar to improve upper body strength, every 2 months a workshop for meditaion and pranayma etc. .
