Pranayama
Pranayama means controlling the breath for different movement and poses in Yoga. Prana means breath and Ayama mean Control.
Kriyas
Kriyas are the yogic techniques to cleanse the internal organs. According to Hatcha Yoga, there are six cleansing techniques called Shat-Kriyas. Yogic kriya removes the toxins from our internal organs.
