As a dedicated yoga teacher with years of experience, I am passionate about guiding students on their journey to physical and mental well-being. My approach combines traditional yoga practices with modern techniques to create a holistic and accessible experience for practitioners of all levels. I believe in the transformative power of yoga and strive to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can explore and deepen their practice.

Our yoga studio offers daily classes designed to accommodate various schedules and preferences. Located in country’s yoga city Mysuru CHAITANYA YOGA SHAALA has a welcoming space, the studio provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We offer a range of classes, from gentle restorative sessions to invigorating Vinyasa flows, ensuring there is something for everyone. Our mission is to create a community where individuals can connect, grow, and find balance through the practice of yoga.

The studio has some very good facilities: Changing room, Wash room, Yoga props, Iyengar ropes to improve the movement, Weights for strength training, Mirrors on wall for some alignment correction, Pullup bar to improve upper body strength, every 2 months a workshop for meditaion and pranayma etc.
