This is a 21-day yoga-based journey designed to improve your posture, relieve tension, and build strength through mindful movement, breathwork, and daily live check-ins.
Who Is This Program For?
It's for anyone looking to improve their posture—whether you're a desk worker, active individual, or simply someone who wants to move and feel better in your body. All levels are welcome!
Do I Need Yoga Experience?
No prior yoga experience is needed! The program is beginner-friendly, with modifications for all levels.
How Much Time Do I Need Each Day?
Each day requires 20-30 minutes, including a 15-minute guided session and a 10-15 minute live check-in for Q&A, posture tips, and mindfulness.
What If I Miss A Live Session?
No worries! All live check-ins will be recorded so you can watch them at your convenience.
What Do I Need For The Program?
A yoga mat, a comfortable space, and a chair or wall for some exercises. Optional: a resistance band or yoga block.
How Is This Different From Regular Posture Exercises?
This is a holistic, yoga-based approach that focuses on more than just sitting up straight. You'll work on body awareness, breath, mobility, strength, and relaxation—making posture feel natural and effortless.
